A renovation in Amman does not start with paint. It starts with what can stay and what must be replaced: moisture, services, floors, then appearance.
1. Site visit
We review rooms, openings, floors, walls, and ceilings, and note hidden work such as weak pipework or a bathroom fall that is wrong.
2. Scope
Not every house needs full demolition. We separate cosmetic work from new electrical, plumbing, waterproofing, or plaster.
3. Design before construction
Layout, light, and materials are fixed before orders. An existing design can be reviewed and built. See interior styles.
4. Price and duration
A quotation and an estimated program follow the locked scope. Duration changes with area, demolition, and material lead times.
5. Building in order
Typical order: demolition if needed, services, plaster and waterproofing, tile, gypsum, paint, then joinery and fittings. Bathroom cost is covered in bathroom renovation cost in Amman.
6. Handover
We check the agreed details, then hand the space over. Later repairs can sit with general maintenance. Design work sits with interior design and home renovation, and a first figure can come from the cost calculator. Owners abroad can follow the same stages through the remote service.
