How remote follow-up works

Eight clear stages, from the first meeting to handing over the key.

  1. 01

    First site meeting, or a video consultation

    We meet you on site during your visit to Jordan to discuss your ideas against the actual space. If you are still abroad before work starts, we hold a video consultation on Zoom or Google Meet with the engineer in charge, so the budget and priorities are set clearly, with no hidden costs.

  2. 02

    Taking over the property and keeping the drawings

    After you leave, our engineering team takes over the property, records its starting condition with photos and full 360° video, and prepares the working drawings and the schedule. You do not need to be there in person.

  3. 03

    Proposals and design

    We prepare 3D models that show the layout, lighting, and colours in detail, then review them with you in online sessions. We revise and approve the design until it is settled, before any work starts.

  4. 04

    Approving the quotation and the bill of quantities

    The agreement is backed by a written bill of quantities and costs: materials, prices, and construction stages. The budget stays fixed, and unexpected charges do not appear during the work.

  5. 05

    Regular progress updates

    We keep a direct, orderly line of communication and send a weekly report that compares progress with the agreed schedule, so you can follow the project step by step.

  6. 06

    Photos and videos from the site

    We send regular files with clear photos and video of the structural work, finishes, and material installation, so the property in Amman stays visible to you.

  7. 07

    Stage approval and linked payments

    Payments follow actual site progress. The next payment is due only after you review and approve the photo report for the previous stage.

  8. 08

    Final handover and warranty

    We finish by cleaning the site and checking the quality of the finishes and fittings, then hand you the key and the final handover report.
